We are so excited to celebrate with you in Central Texas! Since our wedding falls over Formula 1 weekend in Austin, we kindly encourage everyone to book travel as early as possible to avoid higher demand and potential surcharges.
Air Travel
When planning your trip, we recommend checking flights into both Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (about 30 minutes from our venue) and San Antonio International Airport (about 1 hour away). Exploring both options can help you find the best availability and pricing on flights and rental cars.
Accommodations
To make your stay as seamless as possible, we’ve reserved a variety of hotel room blocks at different price points. Our goal was to provide options that avoid Formula 1 pricing surges, so you can choose what works best for you.

A boutique cabin retreat just minutes from the ranch, The Leona offers eight private, design-forward cabins with king beds, full kitchenettes, and serene creek or waterfall views. Adults-only, intimate, and the perfect place to slow down and savor the weekend.
A beautiful resort-style option located in San Marcos, about 25 minutes from our venue. This is a perfect retreat just outside of Austin and a great midpoint option—conveniently situated roughly along the I-35 corridor between Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and San Antonio International Airport, making either airport a viable choice for travel. We were able to reserve a variety of cabin accommodations, ranging from classic cabins to river luxe cabins and cabins with pool views. Please note that this resort requires guests to book using our unique booking link here by August 24th to receive our special wedding rate.
In addition to Austin, you may also want to explore accommodations in nearby areas such as San Marcos or Kyle/Buda. We also recommend browsing Airbnb options, especially if you’re planning to stay with a group.
Our biggest recommendation: book your accommodations as soon as possible to avoid Formula 1-related price increases.
